What is the principle of carbon-free carbon paper?
The use of carbon-free carbon paper has been decades of history, the traditional blue carbon ink carbon paper has been almost obsolete, the current popular carbon-free carbon paper, it does not need to add carbonized paper between paper and paper, can be directly copied, direct color function and pollution is small, easy to use and other characteristics.
There are two coatings in carbon-free carbon paper: a CF layer containing a color developer and a CB layer containing a hair developer. The color agent is a special colorless dye that has been dissolved in a non-volatile carrier oil and is encapsulated in 3-7 μm microcapsules. The impact pressure of hard writing and printing can crush the microcapsule, so that the colorless dye solution flows out and contacts with the color developer, and chemical reactions occur to present colored images and images, so as to achieve the purpose of copying. Carbon-free carbon paper is divided into 45g/m2CB paper, 47g/m2CF paper and 52g/m2CFB paper. According to the color of the paper, there are five kinds: red, yellow, green, blue and white; There are blue, yellow, orange, black, red and other colors according to the color trace.
Carbon-free carbon paper is mostly used in documents. Existing invoices, contracts, treaties and other formal documents with legal effects have all been used carbon-free carbon paper. Traditional documents are just plain paper, so it is necessary to add a copy layer under the document. Carbon free paper, on the other hand, is bound with special paper.
In the case of a triple carbon-free carbon paper receipt, it can be divided into upper paper, middle paper and lower paper. The paper is also called the Back Coated paper (code CB, that is, Coated Back), the back of the paper is coated with microcapsules containing force sensitive pigment oil; The middle paper is also called the double Coated paper (code CFB, that is, Coated Front and Back), the front of the paper is coated with color development agent, and the back is coated with microcapsules containing force sensitive pigment oil; The bottom paper is also called the Coated paper (code CF, that is, Coated Front), the paper is only coated with color agent.
